Wilson Trophy Company of California, Inc. (“Wilson,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information when you visit or interact with our website, www.wilsontrophy.com (the “Site”).

Wilson does not meet the applicability thresholds set forth in California Civil Code § 1798.140(d) and is therefore not a “business” subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do, however, comply with all other applicable California privacy laws, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).

Minors may use the Site only with the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
